Live demo · RestaurantCMS for small restaurants

All-night comfort food.

Menus you can change in minutes.

Third Shift Diner is a fictional late-night place that runs entirely on RestaurantCMS. Every dish, price, sold-out tag, and open hour you see here is controlled from a small, focused dashboard instead of a bloated website builder.

Owner / Manager / Staff demo logins (read-only) are listed on the About & Demo Access page.

Guests see a fast, mobile-friendly website. You see a tidy menu, hours, and contact editor behind the scenes.

If this were your restaurant…

  • Change menu items, pricing, and sold-out flags in a few clicks from a simple dashboard.
  • Keep your hours in sync across the home page, footer, and contact page so guests stop guessing.
  • See contact form messages in one place with clear new / in progress / done / spam statuses.
  • Give owners, managers, and staff their own logins with the right level of control.
  • Optionally send browser notifications to subscribed staff devices when a new message comes in.

The Diner

Built for late shifts and last-minute changes.

Third Shift Diner stands in for any independent restaurant that needs to change prices, hide sold-out items, or swap specials without calling a developer at midnight.

With RestaurantCMS, your team can update menus, hours, and simple landing pages from one place. No plugins, no theme marketplace, no “we’ll get to that next week” delays when you run out of wings.

Menu Highlights

These dishes are managed entirely from the Menu tab in the RestaurantCMS dashboard. On this public demo, the logins are read-only, so you can safely click around the menu editor without changing what guests see.

QR codes for menus & campaigns

RestaurantCMS generates downloadable QR codes for each landing page. In a real restaurant install, those codes go on table tents, window decals, flyers, or mailers – while the offer behind them stays editable from the dashboard.

Menu & “View Our Menu” codes

Point a single QR code at your live menu. Update prices or items in the dashboard, and everywhere that QR is printed stays current without reprinting.

Event & promo landing pages

Each landing page (like a “Grand Opening Weekend” or “Game Day Wings” promo) gets its own QR code, so you can tie specific print pieces to specific offers.

Scan counts built in

Every time someone scans a landing page QR, RestaurantCMS increments that page’s QR scan counter. You can see roughly how often a flyer, poster, or table tent is being used without setting up heavy analytics.

In this demo, log in as an owner or manager, open the Grand Opening Weekend landing page, and scroll to the “Landing Page QR Code” box to see the code and its scan stats.

For Restaurant Owners

RestaurantCMS keeps things narrow and useful: menus, hours, landing pages, and contact messages – nothing else to babysit.

Online menu management

Update items, prices, categories, and descriptions without touching code. Mark items sold out, feature best-sellers, and reorder sections from a single screen your team actually understands.

Hours & landing pages

Keep your hours consistent across your home page, footer, and contact page. Spin up simple promo pages for holidays, catering, or limited-time menus without starting a whole new “site project”.

Contact message tracking

Every contact form submission is logged with status (new / in progress / done / spam) so you can tell who has been called back and who still needs a reply.

Roles for staff, managers, and owners

Staff see what they need. Managers adjust menus and hours. Owners get the full view, including login history and a simple change log so you know who updated what.

Notifications for your team

Staff who log in can click a Subscribe button in their browser. When a new contact message comes in, RestaurantCMS can send push notifications to subscribed phones and laptops so nobody misses a lead.

Simple, fast, no plugins

No Elementor, no theme marketplace, no constant plugin updates. Just a focused tool that loads quickly and stays out of the way so you can run your restaurant.

Try the demo in about a minute

  1. Open the Demo Menu in one tab to see what guests see.
  2. In another tab, open the admin demo and sign in as demo_manager with password demo123 (or demo_owner / demo123 for the full view).
  3. Change a price or toggle a sold-out flag on one item, then refresh the Demo Menu tab to watch it update immediately.

That’s the same workflow your team would use on a real install running on your own domain. No developer required for day-to-day changes.
